We work with a keyholder who lives at the resort. When you book, you will receive their contact details and can inform them of your arrival time. They will guide you around the resort and give you a tour of the apartment. They are also available throughout your stay for any questions.
The resort is gated and accessible only to residents and guests. The lagoon can also only be accessed with a bracelet.
Our property is a four-person apartment, and you will receive two bracelets for access to the lagoon during your stay. You can enter the lagoon together with one bracelet.
If you lose your bracelet, a fee of EUR 75 will be charged. The bracelet must be re-ordered at the resort.
